Her style is warm and authentically her own; therapy as a genuine, collaborative process. Outside work: chasing waterfalls, running 5Ks, and making art.

Her work is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed, honoring each person’s unique way of thinking, sensing, and feeling. She finds peace and meaning in spending time with family (including her two cats), learning about and studying anything and everything, and experiencing new ways to see and move in the world.
