Meet Our Therapists
Andrea Ott
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC),
Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC)
Andrea holds clinical licensure in both addictions and mental wellness, with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from KU. She creates a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable, heard, and truly seen — integrating person-centered, CBT, and solution-focused approaches within a mindfulness-informed framework. Her style is warm and authentically her own; therapy as a genuine, collaborative process. Outside work: chasing waterfalls, running 5Ks, and making art.

Licensed Master Clinical Social Worker (LMCSW)
A KU-trained Licensed Master Social Worker, Haley supports people moving through grief, loss, and trauma with a grounded, integrative approach rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and creative expression. Her work is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed, honoring each person’s unique way of thinking, sensing, and feeling. She finds peace and meaning in spending time with family (including her two cats), learning about and studying anything and everything, and experiencing new ways to see and move in the world.

Abby Young
Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW),
Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist (ACHT)
Abby founded Tillery Time to help people reconnect — to themselves, to the Earth, and to the relationships that hold them steady. She believes each of us already carries our own inner strength and wisdom, and that healing means remembering our wholeness. Sessions are a shared effort — "working with you, not for you." Outside the office she’s walking, running, or biking, and always chasing her next learning opportunity.
